EduNations Welcomes Feah Lydia Nyandemoh as Administration and Human Resource Officer

EduNations is pleased to welcome Feah Lydia Nyandemoh to our team as Administration and Human Resource Officer. With more than ten years of progressive experience in human resources, administration, and organizational leadership, Feah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will help strengthen the systems and people who make our mission possible.

Feah holds a Bachelor's Degree (Honors) in Sociology and Social Work from Njala University and has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, with degree conferment forthcoming. Her educational background, combined with extensive professional experience, has equipped her to effectively lead and support organizations across multiple sectors.

Throughout her career, Feah has served in key leadership and management roles with respected organizations including First Bank Sierra Leone, the International Rescue Committee (IRC), Oxfam GB, Street Child of Sierra Leone, and Women Initiative for Self Help (WISH) Liberia. Her experience spans human resource management, recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll administration, policy implementation, staff development, and organizational coordination.

At EduNations, Feah will play a vital role in supporting and developing the dedicated team that serves students, families, and communities throughout Sierra Leone. Her passion for people management and organizational excellence aligns closely with EduNations' commitment to providing quality education, healthcare, clean water, and sustainable development opportunities in underserved communities.

Feah is known for her professionalism, integrity, strong leadership, and commitment to service. She believes that investing in people is essential to creating lasting impact and sustainable change within communities.

A devoted Christian, Feah is married and the mother of two children. Her faith and dedication to serving others have been guiding principles throughout her personal and professional journey.

As she begins this new chapter with EduNations, Feah shared her excitement about the opportunity ahead:
